I’m Monica Collier, the owner.
I appreciate you visiting our website to learn more about our passion for all things home + office. I came to the shop in March 2016. I believed in the business so much, I bought it in 2019. I have a varied background in marketing, sales, interiors, computer engineering, photography, graphic design, publishing, and writing. I’m here to help you and your business (or home office) shine. The shop is small-town friendly with big-city connections, since 2004.
If you haven’t been inside the shop in a while, you’ll find it’s completely different. New paint, new fixtures, brighter lighting, new product lines, and smiling faces to help you navigate the aisles while you find your favorite products.
I understand the challenges of living in a remote location. We offer the convenience of services offered in larger cities such as emailing or faxing documents easily. Supporting small business is our specialty. So is finding difficult-to-locate pen refills (I’m a Parker Pen collector), elusive ink and toner cartridges, and typewriter or adding machine ribbons.

Inspiration + Rest
You’re important to us. Occasionally you’ll find our doors locked, the lights out, and a sign hanging on the door. We’ve either gone to market to find new, amazing products to bring to our shelves, taking a class to expand our offerings, or engaging in needed rest. Inspiration comes when you’re not actively seeking answers most of the time. Don’t be afraid to message us via email or social media if you need assistance. Even from afar, we monitor our online contact channels. Due to COVID, there are only two people working at the office, Monica and Diane. It’s not always possible to keep the shop open between the two of us. We try to seek balance between hustle and rest, learning to find contentment in both. We appreciate your patronage and patience with us.
